NO WARRANTY: Edge Career Solutions makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, concerning our services and expressly disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular use or purpose, the warranty of merchantability and any other warranty implied by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Edge Career Solutions’ liability for damages is limited to the amount paid by Customer for Edge Career Solutions’ services. In no event will Edge Career Solutions be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of employment, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, reputational harm or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the services provided by Edge Career Solutions.
INDEMNIFICATION: In light of the above, Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Edge Career Solutions from and against any loss, cost, claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) to third parties, relating to or arising from the use of our services by Customer, including, without limitation, claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, breach of confidentiality, fraud, infringement of copyright, negligence, or tortious behavior.
I affirm that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire WAIVER of my rights, that I understand its content and that it is legally binding, and that I execute it freely, intelligently, and without duress of any kind and I agree to be bound by its terms.
